At Monveo Floor Coatings, we stand behind the quality of our work. Every floor we install is built with professional craftsmanship and attention to detail. To give you peace of mind, all epoxy flooring installations come with a 10-Year Limited Warranty.

This warranty is our promise that your floor will be free from defects caused by installation errors. In the rare case an issue arises from workmanship, we will provide a repair at no cost to you.

What Our Warranty Covers

• Peeling, lifting, or delamination of the coating caused by installation workmanship

• Visible flaws directly resulting from improper installation
   

All warranty repairs are performed as spot repairs to the affected area. While we make every effort to blend seamlessly, minor variations in color or texture may occur over time.

What Is Not Covered:
Epoxy floors are durable, but like any surface, proper care is essential. The following issues are not considered workmanship defects and may not be covered:

• Normal wear and tear

• Heavy impact damage

• Cracks in the underlying concrete

• Moisture intrusion from beneath the slab

• Chemical exposure

• Natural fading or discoloration from UV light

• Normal changes in appearance over time
   

For safety, please note that epoxy floors, like most surfaces, can become slippery when wet. Monveo Floor Coatings is not responsible for slips, falls, or personal injuries.

If a craftsmanship-related issue occurs, our team will work with you to make it right. Warranty service is always handled with professionalism, and repairs are designed to restore both the protective and visual value of your floor.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

1. Submit your claim in writing within 30 days of noticing a problem.

2. A Monveo Floor Coatings representative will schedule an inspection to evaluate the issue.

3. If the issue is covered, a spot repair will be completed promptly at no cost to you.
