At Monveo Floor Coatings, our goal is to provide high-quality floor coating services with craftsmanship you can trust. Because our work involves custom materials, labor, and preparation, refunds are generally not available once a project has begun.
Deposits are required to secure scheduling and cover material costs. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
Final payment is due upon completion of the project, as outlined in your agreement.
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us at least [X days] in advance.
Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If you are unsatisfied with workmanship, Monveo Floor Coatings will review the concern and, if necessary, perform repairs under our 10-Year Limited Warranty.
The warranty covers installation-related issues such as peeling, lifting, or delamination caused by workmanship.
Refunds are not provided for issues outside of workmanship defects (e.g., wear and tear, substrate cracks, moisture intrusion, or misuse).
